2017 is well and truly upon us and if you, like so many others, see January as a time to get off the couch and get fit, you’ll be excited to hear what we’ve got in store for you.

We may focus on your financial health here at LUDA Financial Solutions, but we also care about your physical and mental health too. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Clayton from Storm Fitness and created a 28 day transformation challenge. Best of all, it’s completely FREE to all LUDA Financial Solutions clients!

 

What’s It All About?

Based in Joondalup, their mission is to help you build your fittest body using their Functional Transformation System. This involves building a fitter body and improving your confidence, burning fat, building strength and improving your general health levels. As a result, you’ll not only start to look and feel better, but you’ll reduce your stress levels and get an increase in your energy levels.

Want to know what’s included in the 28 Day Transformation Challenge? You’ll get:

 1) Unlimited transformation training sessions at Storm Bootcamp where you’ll receive supervision and coaching during each of your training sessions in our team environment. You’ll be working alongside other Storm participants, with each of you getting the coaching and motivation you need to reach your goals.

2) Access to nutrition coaching via our App which will walk you through your daily nutrition habits to help you burn fat and get in shape.

3) A personalised success session consultation so we can determine what goals you want to accomplish and can map out your training & nutrition plan to help you get there.

 

What Do You Need To Know?

Sounds great right?! Here’s what you need to know about the program:

The transformation training workouts combine strength training, metabolic conditioning, agility, balance, core stability, mobility and high intensity interval training to help burn fat and build athleticism. Storm Fitness is not your average group fitness class. It’s a program designed to keep you motivated to achieve your fitness goals. Their nutrition coaching and accountability system will help you keep on track and accelerate your results.

 

When Are The Sessions?

There are 3 morning and 3 evening sessions to choose from – mornings are at 6am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and evenings are at 6:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The sessions are held in the Connolly Primary School undercover area (accessed from Portmarnock Circle) and last for 45 minutes each.

 

How Do You Join?

All you have to do is turn up with a water bottle, a towel and your motivation! Simply quote ‘LUDA’ to Clayton and you’re in! You can attend as many sessions in the 28 days that you want – so there’s no excuses to get started on your goal now!
